The TWINT Giving Portal is a partner functionality integrated directly into the TWINT app, which has over 5 million active users. It offers a simple and efficient way to collect donations via Switzerland’s most popular payment app.

Thanks to an outstanding donation experience, donors can easily and securely support organisations and causes they care about — while maintaining a clear overview of their giving. The portal is operated by RaiseNow’s partner Weunity and is seamlessly connected to RaiseNow to make the processing and management of donations even more efficient.

How can my organisation appear on the TWINT Giving Portal?

You can customize your profile with an image and a description to clearly communicate your message. You’ll also be able to collect donations directly through the portal and effectively support your projects.

Featured Campaigns on the TWINT Giving Portal allow you to engage donors in a focused and cost-effective way, even with a regional focus.

Emergency Relief Campaigns enable rapid mobilization of donations during crisis situations. To participate in any campaign, an organisation profile on the TWINT Donation Portal is required. Weunity’s specific terms and conditions apply to each campaign type.

The TWINT Giving Portal enables organisations to promote recurring donations to TWINT users and build a base of loyal supporters — offering greater financial stability, lower administrative costs, and stronger donor relationships. Donors benefit from an innovative, seamless, and secure donation experience: with just a few clicks, they can set up a recurring donation and maintain full oversight and control.

An organisation profile on the TWINT Giving Portal is required to offer recurring donations. Additional fees apply via Weunity. The recurring donation feature is managed through the RaiseNow Hub and is compatible with most existing RaiseNow CRM integrations.
