I get an 'account is locked' error message when I log in, what do I have to do?

The account will be locked automatically if you do not log in for 60 days, or if you enter your password incorrectly three times.

Contact us at support@raisenow.com and we will unlock your account. If you have forgotten your password, you can also request a password reset.

After successful login, your access will automatically be extended by 60 days.

Please note the RaiseNow Manager access password must meet the following requirements.
