If your donors have completed recurring donations, we can take over part of this by exporting the so-called tokens from MyAltruja to RaiseNow Hub, so that you and your donors will not notice this.

Credit Card via Stripe
It is possible to migrate the recurring credit card donations by exporting the so-called tokens from MyAltruja and we will do this for you.
All SEPA Direct Debit recurring donations
The processing of SEPA direct debits at RaiseNow Hub will run via Stripe. With Stripe, a powerful payment service provider for donations via SEPA direct debit, credit card, ApplePay and GooglePay is connected to RaiseNow.
There is currently no PAIN file generation function available in RaiseNow Hub. If desired, you can generate PAIN files in another system (e.g. your CRM). Please clarify the feasibility with the relevant system provider.
The following recurring donations cannot be migrated
Paypal recurring donations
The latest Paypal interface is connected to RaiseNow, while an older version of the Paypal interface is connected to MyAltruja.
It is not technically possible to migrate the permanent donations from this old PayPal interface (connected to MyAltruja) to the new interface (connected to RaiseNow Hub).
Your PayPal recurring donations will remain with you, as they will continue to run via your existing PayPal account even after the shutdown date. You will find the corresponding donor data in MyAltruja until the platform is shut down.
Credit Card recurring donations via Micropayment / VR-Pay
The payment service providers Micropayment and VR-Pay are not available with RaiseNow Hub.
Instead, Stripe, a powerful payment service provider for donations via SEPA direct debit, credit card, ApplePay and GooglePay, is connected to RaiseNow. It is not possible to migrate your credit card recurring donations to Stripe.
The recurring donations from these payment providers will no longer be collected after the MyAltruja shutdown date. So that you do not lose these permanent donations, we recommend that you contact your permanent donors and ask them to re-create their permanent donations via the RaiseNow donation tool. For this purpose, we provide you with a draft email that you can use as a template for communicating with your donors.
