Can I continue to use my myAltruja donation forms in the RaiseNow Hub?

If you have opted for the RaiseNow Free price plan at RaiseNow Hub, we cannot transfer your donation forms from myAltruja. Instead, RaiseNow Hub gives you the opportunity to create and customize an unlimited number of donation forms with a modern design.

If you have signed a RaiseNow Growth contract, our Customer Success team will convert your donation forms that you have created at myAltruja into new donation forms with a modern design that are geared towards optimal donation conversion. These will then be sent to you as a code snippet by your Customer Success contact so that you can embed them on your website.

In addition to your existing forms, you also have the option of creating an unlimited number of new donation forms (touchpoint solutions) in RaiseNow Hub. This is not done via a code snippet, but via a hosted page.
