Link an alternative PayPal account or restore a previous connection
If you're interested in linking an alternative PayPal account or restoring a previously disconnected account to RaiseNow Hub, you can establish a fresh connection within RaiseNow Hub.
- Log into your RaiseNow Hub account.
- Go to “Settings / Payment providers”, where PayPal is listed as an available payment provider.
- Click on the 'Connect' button within the PayPal listing.

Reestablishing the connection between your PayPal account and RaiseNow Hub will enable you to reintroduce PayPal payment methods to your Touchpoint Solutions.
- Proceed to Touchpoint Solutions Overview
- Select the desired Touchpoint Solution where you wish to re-add PayPal as a payment choice
- Edit the Solution and incorporate the PayPal payment method back into the Solution.
