What are the fees per Stripe transaction?

There are no fixed costs for registering your organization in the RaiseNow Hub or for creating and managing your Touchpoint solutions. You only pay a transaction fee when someone makes a successful payment through your Touchpoint solution.

The transaction fee is made up of two components:

RaiseNow's platform fee  + fee for the payment service provider Stripe.

The platform fee depends on the price plan you have signed up for (see our rates). Before you create a Touchpoint solution, you will also see this again when you select the product in the RaiseNow Hub.

The fee for Stripe depends on the selected payment method:

Google/Apple Pay & credit cards:
Switzerland: 2.9% + 0.30 CHF
European Economic Area: 1.5% + 0.25€

SEPA DD:
Switzerland: 0.40 CHF
European Economic Area: 0.35 €

The payment of your donations will be done by Stripe.
